What are the precautions for the biogas digester?

Check whether the digester body is frozen. If a cracked or frozen pool is found, repair it in time and test the water pressure. Whether pipelines, barometers, water bottles, etc. are damaged, if any frozen or frozen parts are found, replace them promptly.

To timely import and export. In order to ensure that the bacteria in the biogas tank have sufficient raw materials for normal metabolism, it is necessary to continuously replenish fresh fermentation raw materials and replace some of the old materials so as to achieve ground feeding and ground discharge. Spring feeding is generally appropriate every 7 days for feeding and discharging. It is advisable to achieve a quantity of feed, and how much it should be in order of first-pass and forward-feed. Each time about 0.2 cubic meters is appropriate.

Always measure and adjust the pH of the fermentation broth. Biogas bacteria are suitable for growth and reproduction under neutral or slightly alkaline conditions (PH 6.8 to 7.5). Excessively large and small PH values are detrimental to the activity of biogas bacteria and reduce the rate of gas production. To speed up the production of gas, the following adjustment measures can be taken: over-acid, can add the appropriate amount of lime water clarifier; over-alkali, can add the right amount of people, animal manure or water.

In order to ensure that the biogas fermentation bacteria are not destroyed, it is strictly prohibited to add various large doses of fermentation inhibitors. In particular, highly toxic pesticides and all kinds of strong bactericides, such as soapy water for washing clothes, items for dressing, medicine cakes, etc., cannot enter biogas digesters. Once entered, it will kill bacteria and microorganisms in the digester, causing the digester to stop producing gas.
